IRREGULAR STONE VENEER SAW FOR FLAT AND CORNER CUTS

The stone cutting machines are patented and are an ideal tool for cutting stones and materials of irregular shape and variable dimensions. The stone cut with our machines while maintaining its natural shape unaltered, has a regular surface that facilitates its installation on any surface. The automatic thickness compensation system allows the continuous cutting also of the scraps coming for example from the quarries.

Lovato Technology machines use sheared material and stones normally destined for landfill as raw material; the machines cut the stone in such a way that the surface is perfectly smooth so as to subsequently require a limited use of glue with a double advantage for the health of the installer and with a saving in terms of time and material.

The machines are equipped with motors equipped with diamond discs, controlled by inverters; in this way, consumption is adequate for the power used; there is no dissipation, this allows a consequent energy saving.
